All box handling charges need to be submitted via the Shipping & Handling Form, in advance of arrival onsite to receive their boxes at their booth. Alternatively, you can complete this form onsite with a delay on receiving your boxes at setup.
Boxes can arrive up to 72 hours ahead of the conference.
Even with preprinted labels, the UPS Store will still charge an outbound fee. The UPS Business Center schedules daily pickups with all major shipping companies.
