Matt de Tessan is the Vice President of Institutional Relationships for LendingOne's Private Client Group, focused on the SFR and BTR institutional segment. Matt previously held the role of Director of Portfolio Credit where he helped develop LendingOne's non-recourse portfolio program. Matt has over 15 years of real estate experience and has held roles at Redwood Trust and Jones Lang LaSalle. Matt holds a bachelor's degree in Philosophy from Hamilton College and a JD from the University of San Francisco School of Law.
