As Bridge SFR’s Head of BFR Acquisitions / New Home Construction, J.R. is responsible for collaborating with national and regional homebuilders to execute Bridge Investment Group’s growth strategy throughout their national footprint.  Bridge Investment Group is a leading, vertically integrated real estate investment manager, diversified across specialized asset classes, with approximately $40.18 billion of assets under management as of June 30, 2022.   

Prior to Bridge Investment Group, J.R. served in several leadership roles that provided strategic and highly valuable experience: National Vice President of BFR at Century Communities (NYSE: CCS), Vice President at American Homes 4 Rent (NYSE: AMH) and as a paratrooper with 82nd Airborne Division.    

J.R. earned a B.S. in Economics from Campbell University and an M.B.A. from North Carolina State University in Raleigh, North Carolina.
