Jonny is the co-founder & CEO at LandTech. Founded in 2014, LandTech builds tools for homebuilders and real estate developers that transforms the process of sourcing off-market land and now powers over 2,000 clients including PulteGroup, Toll Brothers, KB Homes, CBRE and JLL.

Among other accolades, LandTech were called out by a global property consultancy as "the proptech startup that corporates most fear will disrupt their industry". Jonny himself is a regular industry speaker about proptech, including appearances on Bloomberg TV, podcasts and panels at real estate events. He is passionate about proptech and how it can continue to grow the world's largest asset class.

The LandTech purpose is to use technology to open the land market so it's accessible for everyone. Having witnessed the powerful impacts of opening up land and zoning data for many years, Jonny believes the technology we have today is only the sticks and bones cavemen used as tools and is excited to be leading the charge on driving it forward with a keen view on how AI will create radical change.

When not immersed in land and property data, Jonny enjoys snowboarding, playing the drums, and fending off his 3 kids
