Mr. Lucas joined JEN in 2018, and is responsible for sourcing, underwriting, and executing land investment opportunities. He also co-leads JEN’s build-to-rent capital market activities. Before joining JEN, Mr. Lucas was a Real Estate Tax Professional at PricewaterhouseCoopers, where he provided tax and advisory services to various clients in the real estate investment industry.

Jeff is a Certified Public Accountant in New York State. He graduated magna cum laude from the University of Richmond’s Robins School of Business with a degree in Accounting.
