Mr. McGraw serves as our National Vice President of Land for Dream Finders Homes and has been with the Company since March 2014. During his 9-year tenure Batey has led the growth of the Company’s land pipeline from less than 1,000 lots to over 45,000. In addition to overseeing land acquisitions, Batey also chair’s Investment Committee, oversees BTR initiatives and serves on the company’s M&A team. Batey has over twenty-four years of experience in real estate development. Batey holds the Real Estate Broker licenses for Dream Finders Homes in five states (FL, GA, SC, NC, TX & CO) and is also a Certified General Contractor in Florida. Batey is active in the industry and his community, serving on the Board of the College of Building Construction Management at the University of North Florida, ULI’s National Residential Neighborhood Development Council as well as prior membership on the Board of Trustees for The Discovery School. Mr. McGraw graduated from The Bolles School then received a B.S. in Construction Management and Mathematics from the University of North Florida.
