Andrew Brausa is a Managing Director in Brookfield’s Private Equity Group and leads the Homebuilder Capital platform. Mr. Brausa is primarily responsible for sourcing, underwriting and managing financing opportunities in the residential for-sale real estate market. Mr. Brausa joined Brookfield in 2017. Prior to joining Brookfield, Mr. Brausa held a number of senior roles in the hedge fund industry investing in both public and private markets with a focus on the residential real estate sector. In 2015 he co-founded Domain Real Estate Partners, which focused on private investments in the residential real estate markets. Mr. Brausa holds a Bachelor’s degree from Bucknell University.
