Aimee Martin is a Senior Director of  Acquisitions at GTIS Partners, and is responsible for the origination of new residential land development and homebuilding investments in multiple markets throughout the U.S.  Ms. Martin has over 25 years of diversified real estate experience in equity and debt investments, asset management and project finance, development and operations.  She is a skilled strategist and problem solver with a track record of value creation in residential projects across the country.  Prior to joining GTIS in 2021, Ms. Martin was a Managing Director at Isles Ranch Partners where she led the origination of the firm’s residential investments in Texas, Mountain/Central and Eastern U.S.  Prior to Isles Ranch, Ms. Martin worked at Rockpoint Group, where she was responsible for originations and asset management across a variety of the firm’s residential land investments, including a structured finance fund.  Ms. Martin’s experience also includes roles as Director of Land Finance at Meritage Homes Corporation and Director of Project Finance at Terrabrook, a national land development company owned by Westbrook Partners.  Ms. Martin began her real estate career at Windsor Companies, a developer of multifamily and hotel properties based in Dallas, Texas.  She is an active member of the Women's Housing Leadership Group and the Urban Land Institute, serving in various leadership roles on both national and local levels.
